CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC charges for membership into its credit services, assistance and education program. CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC does not charge for any individual services listed above. These services are free with the Credit Assistance Membership Agreement. This includes referral to other companies that can help our clients with a particular need. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS NOTHING THAT CREDITHELPUSA, CHUSA, LLC DOES FOR ME THAT I CAN’T DO FOR MYSELF. I understand that I can dispute information with the credit bureaus directly. CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC has only promised to improve my credit profile by removing inaccurate information. At no time have they promised to remove accurate information. They have provided me with averages their clients see in improvements, but have stressed these are averages only and not guarantees. The only guarantee offered is in the GUARANTEE SECTION of this contract. All of my questions have been fully answered. I further understand, under the Texas Finance Code (chpt 393.105-5) and the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. Sec 1681 et seq.) a consumer may view the information maintained by those agencies. This information is free if you have been turned down for credit within the last 60 days or for a nominal fee otherwise. The CRA must also advise you of your right to dispute inaccurate information. The CRA must advise you that accurate information cannot be removed, how long negative items remain and the availability of non-profit credit counseling services. CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC is not a law firm, nor any of its employees attorneys. CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC does not provide legal advice and only counsels its clients so they may better understand the credit industry.



CLIENT OBLIGATION

Client agrees to make all payments by the due date and provide CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC with a copy of their Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card, Social Security Card or acceptable alternative, and proof of address. Client agrees to join True Credit for monthly monitoring of their credit. Client must provide CreditHelpUSA.org, CHUSA, LLC with all documents received from the credit bureaus in a timely manner. This process should be sent by e-mail to:

Client should receive documents from each of the three major credit bureaus no longer than every 60 days. The client should keep track of the dates and if they do not receive the required documentation call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 817.909.0504.

Client will not have direct contact with the credit bureaus. Client must notify CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC of any change of address and provide CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC with new proof of address documents as soon as possible.


GUARANTEE

At CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC, we are committed to helping you improve your credit. If you fully follow all recommended actions and do not incur any new negative items on your credit reports during the course of your service, we guarantee an improvement in your overall credit profile. If no measurable improvement is achieved by the end of your membership term, and all terms have been met, you may be eligible for a 100% refund of any fees paid.

As required by Texas law, you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing the Membership Agreement.

Please note: Since we charge no upfront fees for any specific service, refund eligibility applies only to payments made during the course of active service and will be considered after the completion of the full membership term.

FEES: For those applicable, there is a non-refundable $50 Credit Literacy Class Fee.

Credit Assistance Membership services are for a 180 day period, roughly 6-months. We do not guarantee any one specific item for Credit Restoration Assistance and do not charge up-front fees for this specific service.

LIMITED POWER of ATTORNEY

Be it known that, I the undersigned, am the individual/authorized officer of the business/personal entity listed and as such do hereby grant a “Limited Power of Attorney” to CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC, and any and all persons in their employ, as an agent to have the necessary power and authority to undertake and perform the following on my behalf.

I hereby give permission to CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC to sign my name on all documents written on my behalf as my agent for the purpose of negotiating the reduction of any debt, negotiating the interest on any debt, stopping creditor harassment and illegal attempts to collect any debt in my name, disputing inaccurate, erroneous, obsolete and un-verifiable credit information contained in my credit reports by consumer reporting agencies and any other reasonable and legal methods to assist me in any credit issue. This “Limited Power of Attorney” is given to CreditHelpUSA, CHUSA, LLC in compliance with section 611 of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and shall be good for six months from the date of this agreement.

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANYTIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION.
